Measurement unit (Fig. 4)
The measurement unit of the aligner is com-
posed of two units consisting of a camera and
a card with infrared LED and signal LED light,
positioned at the edge of the beam. In Figure 4
is shown one measurement unit, in particular:
1) Protective Cover
2) Camera
3) CUBOLED Card, consisting of infrared LEDs
and LED indicator lights.

Around each camera is placed the CUBOLED
card equipped with infrared illuminators and
some colored LEDs, which are used to provide
useful information to the user.
The following table shows the conditions indi-
cated by colored LEDs:
LINK LED (bi-color, illuminated in red or
green):
There are 4 external LEDs that indicate the sta-
tus of the locking target.
RG1) LINK LED for the front left target
RG2) LINK LED for the front right target
RG3) LINK LED for the rear right target
RG4) LINK LED for the rear left target
Operation:
GREEN LED ON = THE TARGET ACQUISITION
IS OK. THE TARGET IS LOCKED.
RED LED ON = THE TARGET ACQUISITION IS
NOT OK. THE TARGET IS NOT LOCKED. ANY
PROBLEMS ON TARGET.
DIRECTION INDICATORS LED (illuminated in
blue):
These LEDs indicate the operations to be car-
ried out by the operator during operation of
steering and ROC.
B1) LED indicator "forward", used in the proce-
dure of the ROC. When lit, it indicates forward
to push the vehicle.
B2) LED indicator "right", used in the steering
procedure. When lit, it indicates to steer to the
left.
B3) LED indicator "back", used in the proce-
dure of the ROC. When lit, it indicates to push
back the vehicle.
B4) LED indicator "left", used in the steering

procedure. When lit, it indicates to steer to the
left.
Notes:
The STOP condition for storage of data is sig-
naled by the simultaneous activation of all 4
blue LEDs. This condition happens during the
phases of steering and ROC, during the storage
of data.
In standby mode, all the LEDs of the CUBOLED
cards flash alternatively.
SET-UP
User set-up
To access the user set-up, select the
icons from the main menu.
From the user set-up, you can customise the
alignment procedure to adapt it to your own
requirements.
The alignment procedure customisation settings
are contained in folders (shown in Fig. 29); each
folder contains similar customisation settings.
The different options available are provided
for each setting.
Move within the set-up windows using the keys
↑, ↓, PAGE↑, PAGE↓, ←, → and ↵ to confirm the
option selected. The ESC key aborts the selec-
tion just made.
The option currently saved is highlighted in blue.
An option not active, because the aligner version
does not allow its use or other selections prevent
it from being used, is transparent.
Exit the set-up function by selecting the
icon and save the options set by selecting the
icon in the information window.
