The user is responsible for checking the suitability and correct operation of the electrical system (power
supply line, socket, distribution board, magnetothermal differential protection switch, grounding system).
Before making the connection
Check that the characteristics of the electrical power supply agree with those indicated on the machine's
data plate.
Check operation and direction of blade rotation
Press the "I" button (1) to start the machine.
Start and stop buttons
- Press the white or green button to start the blade;
- Press the red or black button to stop the blade movement.
Slice thickness can be adjusted by turning the special knob with graduated scale, counterclockwise.
Loading on the plate and cutting
Check that the slice thickness adjustment knob is correctly set to '0';
X.USE OF THE MACHINE
-Pull the product holder plate fully back (towards the operator) into the loading position.
- Lift the goods presser 10 cm away from the blade and place it in the rest position;
