- Place the product to be sliced on the plate next to the wall on the operator side;
- Secure with the product press, exerting light pressure;
- Adjust the thickness of the slice with the knob.
- Operate the blade by pressing the white or green button;
- Grip the handle attached to the plate and start the alternative cutting movement. The advancement of
the goods towards the thickness gauge plate takes place by its own weight (gravity);
- When the weight of the goods or the dimensions will no longer allow a satisfactory cut to be made by
gravity alone, use the handle of the goods presser;
- At the end of the cutting operations set the thickness adjustment knob to '0' and move the carriage
backwards;
- Stop the blade movement by pressing the black or red button (2).

XI.SLICER CLEANING

Disassembling the cleaning machine
- Disconnect the plug from the power supply;
- Turn the feeler plate adjustment knob to '0';
- Remove the various components as described in the following paragraphs;
- Completely unscrew (counterclockwise rotation) the blade cover locking tie rod;
- Unscrew completely (counterclockwise rotation); Pull out the tie rod and remove the blade cover using
only the appropriate side knobs;
WARNING: Cutting hazard!
Use cut and tear resistant protective gloves and perform all operations with
extreme care.
DO NOT GET DISTRACTED!
Machines should be thoroughly cleaned at least once a day; more
frequently if necessary. After a longer or shorter period of inactivity, clean
the slicer before use.
