→ Tighten all screws by hand and
check for tightness.
Information!
All automatic guns have an inte-
grated pre- and post-air control.
A fastening bolt is used to secure
the automatic gun in the painting
system. The spray gun is then con-
nected to the air supply. The con-
nection elements for the air supply
are not included in the scope of
delivery and can be ordered as
required.
8.1. Installation with fasten-
ing bolt
Screw fastening bolt [3-1] into fas-
tening thread [3-2]. Secure with
Loctite 270.
■ Fasten automatic gun to mounting
unit in painting system with fastening
bolt.
■ Connect control air to control air con-
nection (ST) [1-11] on automatic gun.
■ Connect spray air to atomization air
connection (SP) [1-12] on automatic
gun.

9.1. Initial operation
The automatic gun is delivered
completely assembled and ready
for operation.
After unpacking check whether:
■ That automatic gun is not damaged.
■ The scope of delivery is complete
Use of contaminated compressed
air can lead to malfunctions.
→ Use clean compressed air. For
example with SATA filter 444
(Art. No. 92296).
■ Check all screws for tightness.
■ Tighten paint nozzle tightly.
■ Flush material passage with suitable
■ Adjust the air nozzle and tighten
■ Connect control air (min. 3 bars).
■ Connect spray air.
■ Prepare the material supply.
