Setting up APN (Access Point Name) manually
Usually, Internet access is set up automatically when you start using your device. If your device
was not set up successfully, you can set up Internet access manually.
Step 1
Open the Settings.
Step 2
Select Network and Internet.
Step 3
Click on Cellular (A) and sel-
ect Advanced options (B).
Step 4
To set up a new access point, click on the + symbol
at Add Internet APN.
Alternatively, you can edit an existing Internet APN by
clicking on it and selecting Edit.
Stept 5
Enter the APN corresponding to your network, e.g. in-
ternet.t-mobile for t-mobile.
Name:
Freely selectable,
APN:
e.g. internet.t-mobile
Username: No input required
Password: No input required
Check Apply this profile (A) and click Save (B) to
accept your entries.
You have set up and activated a new APN.
