- GO on the right display.
- Proceed as described above for truck wheel calibration but in this case use a 100 g (3.5
oz) standard reference weight.
- THE ABOVE CALIBRATION PROCEDURE IS VALID FOR ALL TYPES OF CAR WHEELS.
MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAYS
The machine can recognise a certain number of malfunction conditions and signals them
to the user by visualising the relevant messages on the displays.
A 3 wheel not suitable for performing the sensitivity calibration, use a wheel of
average dimensions or larger, but NOT exceeding a weight of 40kg.
A 5 Incorrect dimension settings for an ALU programme. Correct the set dimen-
sions.
A 7 The machine is temporarily unable to select the requested programme.
Perform a wheel spin, then repeat the request.
A 10 Internal sensor not in the rest position. Return the sensor to the rest position
(completely in). If the message does not disappear, internal sensor operation
can be disabled by pressing the
A 26 Programme available only after selecting one of the following programmes:
ALU 1P / ALU 2P.
A Stp
Wheel stop during the spin phase.
The wheel stops due to pressing the STOP button.
Wheel movement is not integral with swinging unit movement: Check correct
wheel tightening.
In motorized machine versions, one or both buttons released during launch.
Run the spin while keeping both buttons pressed.
