WATT MODE (PROGRAM 13)

Press the ENTER button to enter settings mode.

In settings mode, press the ENTER button to set the values for TIME, DISTANCE,
and WATT (power output). The selected parameter flashes on the display.

To change a value in settings mode, press the
button (decrease). Press the ENTER button to confirm and proceed to the ne t
parameter.
5.
After you ve made all the settings, press the ENTER button to leave settings mode.
6.
Press the START button to start training.
7.
If you have set values for TIME, DISTANCE, or WATT (power output), the
corresponding value will count down during training. When any one of the values
reaches 0, a beep will sound and training will automatically end.
8.
To stop training earlier, press the START button.
PLEASE NOTE: The Watt value is calculated using the torque and RPM values. Watt
remains constant in this program. This means that the resistance
will automatically decrease when you speed up. The resistance will
automatically increase when you slow down. This ensures that you are
always producing the same output power.
HRC MODE (PROGRAM 14–17)

Only for Programs 14–16: In settings mode, press the ENTER button to set the
values for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE, and AGE. The selected parameter flashes
on the display.
Only for Program 17: In settings mode, press the ENTER button to set the THR
(Target heart rate) value. The selected parameter flashes on the display.

Press the START button to start training. Place the palms of your hands on both
pulse sensors on the middle handle (4).
Only for Program 17: The resistance level will be automatically set depending on
the target heart rate.
