a) Body weight
• Press the menu button [
body weight appears in the display. The trend for your body weight
is shown from measurement to measurement. Later measurements
are added on the right. The reference line shows your target weight.
You can change your target weight in the user data at any time.
b) Body fat
• Use the [
] button to switch to showing body fat values
The trend for your body fat values is shown from measurement to mea-
surement. The reference line represents the average value for all body
fat measurements; the bars show whether the values have gone up or
down.
c) Water proportion
• Use the [
] button to switch to showing water proportion
The trend for your body's water proportion is shown from measurement
to measurement. The reference line represents the average value for all
water proportion measurements; the bars show whether the values have
gone up or down.
d) Muscle percentage
• Use the [
] button to switch to showing muscle percentage
The trend for your muscle percentage is shown from measurement to
measurement. The reference line represents the average value for all
muscle percentage measurements; the bars show whether the values
have gone up or down.
Showing stored measurements
• Press the menu button [
measured stored measurement appears in the display. The measu-
rement date and the memory space number are shown at the top,
e.g. (03-03) means the third memory space = the last of a total of 3
occupied memory spaces.
• Use the [

] buttons to cycle through the memory spaces.
Average values
• Press the menu button [
in the stored measurements are shown in the display.
