Wait until the scale switches itself off. Then repeat the measurement.

The range in the open is approx. 10 m. Walls and ceilings reduce the
range.
Other radio waves may interfere with the transmission. Therefore, do
not position the scale near devices such as WIFI routers, micro-
waves, induction hobs etc.
Completely close the app (including in the background).

Remove the batteries in the scale for a short period and reinsert
them.

The measuring tolerance for repeated measure-
ments is +/- 0.3 kg (several measurements in direct
