(21) GRASS CATCHER PRESENCE SENSOR
(22) MULCHING FLAP
If the grass catcher or the grass deflector (optional equipment) is not present on the machine,
the machine will not start the mowing deck.
The mulching flap serves the purpose of mulching grass without the use of the grass catcher.
To use it, remove the grass catcher and insert the flap into the grass ejection chute so that it
fits in the tracks that are part of the mowing deck cover. After it is correctly installed, secure
the handle to the chute using the supplied cotter pin.
When removing it, proceed in the reverse sequence to its installation.
