Problem
Auto-Recovery
Supply voltage is above or below the
rated voltage.
High temperature of ceramic plate
sensor.
High temperature of IGBT
The current of the hood driver
board is abnormal.
Ventilation system air duct fully
blocked.
No Auto-Recovery
Ceramic plate temperature sensor
failure- -short circuit.
Ceramic plate temperature sensor
failure--open circuit.
Ceramic plate temperature sensor
failure—invalid.
Temperature sensor of the IGBT
failure - short circuit.
Temperature sensor of the IGBT
failure - open circuit.
Ventilation system error.
The communication between the
display board and the hood driver
board fails.
Please inspect whether power supply is normal.
Power on after the power supply is normal.
Wait for the temperature of ceramic plate
return to normal.
Touch "ON/OFF" button to restart unit.
Wait for the temperature of IGBT return to
normal.
Touch "ON/OFF" button to restart unit. Check
whether the fan runs smoothly;
if not , replace the fan.
Touch "ON/OFF" button to restart unit.
Touch "ON/OFF" button to restart unit. Check
hood for foreign objects,and restart hood.
Check the connection or replace the ceramic plate
temperature sensor.
Replace the power board.
Replace the hood driver board or motor.
Replace the hood driver, power board, or
display board, and check whether the
connecting cable is damaged.
