tivates when the carriage is in
automatic operation.
Automatic carriage operation
is stopped by pressing button L
again (Fig. 14, L) or by arriving
at the end of the sliding meat
table extension (Fig. 2, 4).
Product quantity count: when-
ever a machine stop occurs
or a change of product to be
sliced is made, it is necessary
to correctly repeat the product
quantity counting operations.
SLICE COUNTER FUNCTION
Enable the slice counter func-
tion by pressing the MODE
button (Fig. 14, G: MODE)
Slice counter enabled:
on the display, you can set
the number of slices you want
to cut from 001 to 999 by
pressing the + and - buttons of
the G button group (Fig. 14, G:
+ and -).

CYCLE FUNCTION
To enable the cycle function,
pre-set the desired number of
slices per cycle in active slice
counter mode. Then press
the MODE button (Fig. 14, G:
MODE) to enable the cycle
function.
In active cycle mode, the de-
sired number of cycles
from 001 to 099, can be
set from the display using the +
and – buttons (Fig. 14, G: + and
-). To disable the Cycle func-
tion, press the MODE button
again until the function is dis-
abled.

In automatic operation mode
(for model B116A):

cutting
carried out with the Cycle
function active, press one of
the group I buttons (+ and -)
to show the carriage advance

carried out with the Cycle
function active, when a cycle is
completed, the blue light (Fig.
14, M) will flash and the Cycle
function will remain in stand-
by mode. Press button L again
(Fig. 14, L) to confirm the start
of another cycle.
CLEANING
Clean the machine at the end
of their use and always before
using, after a long period of
inactivity. Use cut and tear re-
sistant gloves and perform all
operations with great care.
Products for cleaning:
use only water and biode-
gradable mild detergent, us-
ing a soft, spongy cloth and a
semi-rigid nylon brush for the
sharp areas of the plate and the
product holder. Do not clean
the machine with jets of water
or steam or similar methods.

WARNING! Disconnect
the machine from sourc-
es of energy and move the slice
thickness adjuster to zero be-
fore performing cleaning oper-

DISMANTLING REMOVABLE
PARTS:
- Slice deflector (Fig. 2,2): ex-
tract the slice deflector from
its housing and remove it.
- Meat table (Fig.2, 21): loosen
the locking lever of the meat
table (Fig. 2, 20) to free and re-
move it.
- Sliding meat table (Fig. 2, 4):
loosen the table attach/release
knob (Fig. 2, 15) and lift the ta-
ble to remove it.
- Product presser (Fig. 2, 3):
loosen the product presser
rack grip (Fig. 2, 17) to remove
the product presser.
- Receiving plate (Fig.2, 22)
remove the slice deflector (Fig.
2.2) before removing the re-
ceiving plate.
CLEANING
BLE PARTS
- Blade: press a damp cloth on
the surface of the blade and
move it slowly from the centre
toward the outside as shown in
the figure (Fig. 8) and the oppo-
site side. In the same way, dry it
using a dry cloth.
