Caution
Do not overtighten the spark plug or stagger the
threads to avoid damaging the threads of the cylinder
head. When removing the spark plug, do not allow
impurities to enter the engine through the spark plug
hole in the cylinder head.
● Adjustment of Throttle Cable
1. Check whether the throttle control handle rotates
smoothly from the fully open position to the fully
closed position at the left and right full steering
positions.
2. Measure the free travel of the throttle control grip
at its flange. The standard free travel should be 10°
to 15° .

(1) Remove the throttle cable dust boot
(2) Loosen the lock nut ③
(3) Fully screw in the adjusting nut ④
(4) Loosen locknut ①
(5) Turn the adjusting nut ② so that the free stroke
of the throttle control handle is 10° ~ 15° .
(6) Tighten locknut ①
(7) Adjust the nut ④ to make the throttle handle
