than the 12.6 V, it is necessary to charge: charge
voltage 14.4 ± 0.02 V, charge limit current 11.2 a,
charge until the current drops to 0.2 a (or refer to
the relevant parameters printed on the surface of
the battery). If the temperature of the battery is
higher than 45℃ during charging, stop charging
immediately
and
charge
temperature drops.
2.The battery terminal red is positive and black
is negative. Turn off the power supply during
wiring, connect the positive electrode first and
then the negative electrode; remove the negative
electrode first and then the positive electrode
during disassembly.
3.Charging system test: After the vehicle is
started, the battery voltage displays between
13.5 V and 15 V, indicating that the charging
system is normal.
4. Vehicle leakage current detection: turn off the
again
after
the
52
power supply of the vehicle, connect the
positive or negative pole in series with the
multimeter (current gear), the current is less
than 3mA, and the vehicle circuit is normal.
5. When the motorcycle is not used for a long
time, it should be recharged once a month, or
the battery should be removed and placed
separately, and the voltage should be detected
once every three months. When the voltage is
lower than the 12.6 V, it should be recharged. It
is not allowed to store the battery in the state of
lack of electricity.
Take out the battery for inspection in the following
order:
a. Turn off the power switch of the motorcycle
b. Remove the seat cushion
c. Remove the battery pressure plate
d. First remove the negative terminal (-) and then
remove the positive terminal (+)
