● Adjustment of clutch
The free travel of the clutch shall be 10 ~ 20mm
before the clutch starts to loosen, subject to the end
position of the clutch handle. If any abnormality is
found, adjust the handle end of the clutch cable as
follows:
(1) Remove the clutch cable dust boot.
(2) Loosen the lock nut ①.
(3) Screw in or out the adjusting screw ② to make
the free travel of the clutch meet the specified
requirements.
(4) Tighten the lock nut ①.
If the handle end of the clutch cable
cannot meet the requirements of
the free stroke after being adjusted
to the limit position, it can be

● Adjustment of Engine Idle Speed
The motorcycle is equipped with a stepper motor
that automatically adjusts the idle speed to the
appropriate range. If adjustments are required,
contact your local QJMOTOR service station.
● Throttle Body
The idle speed of the motorcycle will be reduced due
to the pollution of the throttle body. It is better to
clean the throttle body every 5000km.
