7-INSTALLATION
Turn the the handle anticlockwise in order to raise the
column untill it is positioned in correspondence of holes
B.
Take the other two screws in the spare parts kit and fa-
sten the column (four screws for column A).
Keep with one hand the column without the handle and
remove the two screws A.
Push up the column until positioning it in correspon-
dence of the holes B.
Take the other two screws in the spare parts kit and fa-
sten the column (four screws each column).
Raise the upper head turning the handle clockwise and
remove the supports.
7.9
PRELIMINARY ELECTRIC CHECK-OUT
Before connecting the machine to the mains please
carry out the following operations:
7.9.1 Make sure that the socket is provided with a ground
protection circuit and that both the mains voltage and
the frequency match the specifications on the machine
plate.
7.9.2 Check that the connection of the machine to the mains
meets the safety regulations in your country.
7.9.3 The machine is fitted with a main switch having a maximum breaking power of 6 kA and a short-circuit breaker
pre-set at 120 A.
The user will be responsible of testing the short-circuit current in its facility and should check that the short-circuit
amperage setting on the main switch of the machine is compatible with all the components of the mains system.
