Assembly
Attention!
Loose screws can cause damage
to parts or result in malfunctions.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and
check that they are screwed tight.

Notice!
The air and material supply must
always be controlled externally.
The "nozzle head with material
circulation" variant is suitable for
use on a quick-change fitting.
In the "nozzle head with optional
material circulation" variant the
material connection for material
circulation [1-10] is located on the
opposite side (see chapter 8.3).
The automatic gun can be in-
stalled either with a fastening
bolt in a spraying system or on a
quick-change fitting [4-3] (Art. No.
217521, optional Art. No. 188573).
The material and air supply then
has to be connected.
The material and air supply con-
nection elements are not included
in the scope of supply and can be
ordered on request.
8.1. Installation via mount-
ing hole
A fastening bolt is not supplied and
must be provided by the customer.
■ Push the automatic gun with mount-
ing hole (diameter 13 mm) onto the
fastening bolt [3-2] of the spraying
system and fix in the correct position
via the groove.
■ Connect the control air to the control
air connection [1-17] of the automatic
gun.
■ Connect the flat fan air to the flat
fan air connection (B) [1-12] of the
