■ Adjust material flow rate using
material supply pressure.

is possible by turning the material
flow control [1-6]. (for variants with

using flat fan air pressure.
■ Use the control to adjust the round
fan using round fan air pressure.

When painting use only the quan-
tity of material required for the
work step.
Maintain the necessary spray
distance when painting (see
Chap. 4).
Store or dispose of the material
properly after painting.

Chap. 4).
■ Provide for spray air supply and
material supply.
■ Trigger control pulse for painting
operation with control air.

■ Shut off control air.
■ After completion of the painting
operation or if a longer pause in the
painting operation is planned, shut
off flat fan and round fan air after the
material supply and read and follow
the instructions on care and storage
(see Chap. 11).

The chapter below describes main-
tenance and repair for the automat-
ic gun.
Danger!
If the compressed air circuit and
material supply are not discon-
nected before performing main-
tenance work, components can
detach and/or material escape
unexpectedly.
→ Before performing mainte-
nance work, empty automatic
guns, switch off and disconnect
from compressed air circuit and
material supply.
