This operation may take a few seconds because the air escapes from the high pressure
diving pressure gauge gauge through the first stage and has to go through a very small
diameter hole.
When the valve is no longer under pressure, do not press the purge button during
cleaning because it could allow dirt to enter the second stage mechanism leading to a
risk of a subsequent leakage.
WARNING: For safety, lay the tank on its side, placing it so that it will not roll.
5.2 Annual maintenance and preparation for winter
If you do not use the equipment for an extended period, reconnect the regulator to the
tank and, pressing on the second stage purge button, release a flow of air for about ten
seconds to remove any residual moisture.
WARNING: It is important to store all diving equipment away from sources that produce
ozone (electric motors, stoves, etc.) and to protect it from ultraviolet rays.
Otherwise, the connections may deteriorate more rapidly and affect your safety or the
proper operation of the regulator.
Keep your equipment in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
WARNING: After a particularly intense season or after a long period of inactivity,
TRIBORD recommends an inspection and annual maintenance, or after 100 dives, to
keep the warranty valid.
