Step 3 Ensure that no voltages are present on the item for testing. Connect the test leads
to the instrument. Connect the test cables to the item under test. (see figure 4.2) to
perform insulation resistance measurement.

Check the displayed warnings and online voltage/terminal monitor before starting the
