4.3.3 Trip-out current

How to perform trip-out current measurement
Step 1 Select the RCD function FCT key and select the Ramp mode with the ▲▼ and ◀▶
navigation keys. The following menu will be displayed:
Step 2 By using cursor keys the following parameters can be set in this measurement:

• Type: RCD type
Pol.: Test current starting polarity

Step 3 Connect the test leads to the instrument and follow the connection diagram shown in
figure 4.12 (see the chapter 4.3.1 Contact voltage) to perform trip- out current
measurements.
Step 4 Check for any warnings and check the online voltage/terminal monitor on the display
before starting the measurement. If everything is ok and the
