CHEDULED
BEFORE SERVICING, SWITCH OFF MAIN POWER SUPPLY.
Any scheduled maintenance operation shall be planned by the User.
Any scheduled (and not scheduled) maintenance operation and replacement of damaged or worn parts shall be
carried out by qualified personnel only and following the instructions of this manual.
Spare parts shall be selected according to Manufacturer technical specifications.
Before servicing, wear accident prevention clothing.
Monthly checks
Air filters
Access to unit filter sections is possible by both side removable panels and lower doors; following instructions of fig. 8-1,
in the first case, filter extraction is by removal of the side filter guide 1, in the second case is by removal of lower filter guide

In presence of external by-pass system, free-cooling air filter can be checked/replaced by removing a simple lower plate,
fixed by Allen screws.
Shorten the check period in the event of heavily polluted air.
Replace filter if dirty, don't try to clean it; then, replaced filters shall be bagged and brought to a disposal collection center.
Drainage points
By the fan lower door, clear the drain tray if necessary. Check also watertight and operation of the drain traps.
Yearly checks
Check all electrical wirings and the tightening of all electrical connections.
Check the tightening of bolts, flanges, water connections that vibrations could have loosened up.
To check heat pump efficiency and integrity contact an authorized service center.
