Using the left and right control buttons, any of the symbols offered opposite the last
line of the displayed page is selectable:

The General Info menu can be accessed by pressing the left control button

The settings menu is accessed by pressing the right control button opposite the
settings symbol

When the page header is selected (i.e., when the background is shaded), the control
buttons can be used to change the page. Press the right control button
the next page, and press the left control button
