Glossary of terms

Rearing/overturning: when the tractor/work vehicle
suddenly upsets.
Mulch sheet: a strip of polyethylene or biodegradable
material commonly used in mulching (i.e. to cover the
ground in which the seedling will be planted).
Row spacing: the distance between each row.
Plant spacing: this is the distance between one seed-
ling and the next in the same row.
