Check whether the auto choke shaft has closed with engine
switch turned ON.
• Choke valve will be closed fully once, then will be adjusted
automatically according to the temperature of the cylinder
head when the ignition switch is turned ON.
CHOKE SHAFT
Check the choke control motor (P. 4-10).
Check the harness connecting the choke control motor and
GCU for open or short circuit and for proper connection.
