Osservare che la guarnizione
di testa tolta in precedenza (al
punto 5.3.74) sia pulita e non
danneggiata e che la sua
sede sia anch'essa pulita.
Se necessario, provvedere
alla sostituzione o alla pulizia.

Facendo attenzione al senso
(vedi figura), inserire la
guarnizione aiutandosi con
delle assicelle di legno per
mandarla in battuta.
Ricordare che quando la
guarnizione è nella propria
sede, prima che la flangia la
comprima, deve sporgere
2÷3 mm dal bordo della
bronzina.

Pulire l'OR di tenuta e
montarlo nella propria sede.

Infilare con attenzione la
flangia e fissarla con le sue
viti, avendo cura di serrarle
due a due contrapposte.

Imbragare e sollevare il
pistone e adagiarlo
lentamente sulla sua sede,
mantenendo le funi in leggera
tensione.

removed head gasket (point

undamaged and that its seat
is also clean.

using wooden pieces to send
it to the beat.
Remember that when the
gasket is in its seat, before the
flange presses it, it must
project out 2-3 mm from the
edge of the bushing.

Clean the sealing OR and
mount it in its seat.

Insert the flange and fix it with
its screws, tightening them
two by two in crosswise
direction.

Sling and lift the piston and
slowly lay it on its seat, thus
