Important: While using the machine, the temperature display
needs to be switched on at all times so as to see the tempera-

Regularly check the temperature of the product in the bowl, us-
ing a standard thermometer, to make sure that the product is al-
ways below the storage temperature. Never disconnect the ma-
chine from the power supply or switch off the main switch when
there is any product still to be consumed inside the bowl.
