10-SUGGESTION FOR A CORRECT USE OF THE BLAST CHILLER
10.1 SUGGESTION ON USE
Before using the blast chiller, clean deeply the inner cell, racks and the core probe.

10.2 PRE-COOLING

Before using the blast chiller for the first time, and/or after a long period of inactivity, it's
recommended to use the pre-cooling program and then start the desidered cycle after the
machine reached the working temperature.

10.3 LOAD OF THE BLAST CHILLER

It's important to follow some guidelines in order to obtain a good performance from the unit and
avoid alteration of the stored food:
•
Position the product in order to achieve an optimal air flow in the whole cell.
•
If possible, avoid frequent and/or prolonged opening of the door while a cycle is running.
•
Portion the food so that the tichkness is no more than 60-80 mm and the product are not
stacked to each other.
•
Do not overload the racks more than the weight established from the constructor (see page 2
of this manual)
•
Check the space between the trays is enough to guarantee a good air flow.
•
Evenly distribute the product on all available trays.
•
Check the trays are close to the evaporator grids for obtain a better and faster result
