Servicing the tool
Severe soiling
 Wipe off the housing of the tool with a cloth dampened slightly
with a mild soap solution.
 Then wipe off the housing with a cloth dampened slightly with tap
water.
 Finally wipe the housing dry with a soft, dry cloth.
 Oil all metal parts of the tool thinly with PREBENA special nailer
oil.

Oiling the tool

CAUTION
Insufficient lubrication or the use of the wrong lubricants can
cause damage to the tool.
 Use only PREBENA special nailer oil.

If no oiler is installed and the length of the compressed air line
to the tool is more than 10 metres, adequate lubrication is not
assured.
If you operate the tool only with compressed air cartridges,
the tool cannot be sufficiently oiled via the compressed air.
 In these two cases, pour two to five drops of PREBENA special
nailer oil directly into the port for the compressed air source every
day before starting work.
CAUTION
Danger of environmental pollution if the lubricating oil is spilled.
 Pick up spilled oil with a binder.
 Pick up bound oil with cloths.
 Dispose of the cloths in accordance with the statutory
regulations in force at the place of use.
