Malfunctions
Symptom
Firing without a fastener
being driven in (empty
firing).
Should you still be unable to remedy the malfunction, contact your
dealer or the manufacturer (see page 58).

Possible cause
Spring of advancer
defective.
The magazine is
soiled.
Wrong fasteners
loaded into the
magazine.
The tool is not
sufficiently lubricated.
Working pressure too
low.
The plunger with the
driver does not return
to its starting position
after firing.
The firing process is
not performed
completely.
The driver is bent.
A fastener is jammed.
Remedy
 Contact Service (see
page 58).
 Clean the magazine.
 Empty the magazine.
 Fill the magazine with
PREBENA fasteners
(see page 26).
 Pour PREBENA special
nailer oil into the
compressed air port
used.
 Fire several times.
 Increase working
pressure (see page 33).
