Guarantee

PREBENA offers 1 year guarantee from the date of sale on the
product described under the following guarantee conditions.
PREBENA guarantees the remedying – free of charge – of any faults
attributable to material or manufacturing faults. Malfunctions or
damage caused by improper use are not covered by the free
guarantee.
Furthermore, only original PREBENA nails may be used; use of
other products will void the product liability and hence also all claims
under the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover wear parts such
as e.g. O-rings, etc. It shall be at the discretion of PREBENA to
observe the guarantee by replacement of the faulty part or by the
supply of a new product. No further claims will be accepted.
In order to claim under the guarantee, the completed guarantee form
with dealer's stamp and date of sale or an invoice containing the
dates and information required on the guarantee form must be
enclosed with the product.
Shipment: The product to which the claim relates must be packed
carefully in order to avoid damage during transport and sent postage
paid to PREBENA.

