Malfunctions
CAUTION
The tool may be damaged in the event of repairs by unauthorised
persons.
 Ensure that repairs to the tool are only carried out by the
manufacturer.

Remove jammed fasteners

The tool has a removable cover plate on the tool nose. Jammed or
deformed fasteners can be removed from the tool nose via this
cover.
To remove a jammed fastener, proceed as follows:
 Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply
(see page 40).
 Empty the magazine (see page 41).
 Loosen and remove the round-head screws of the cover plate
using the Allen key contained in the scope of supply.
 Remove the cover plate (see pages 10 and 11 No. 8) from the
tool.
 Remove the jammed or deformed fastener.
 Attach the cover plate again with the round-head screws.
 Fill the magazine as described from page 26.

Operation of a damaged or malfunctioning tool
can result in serious or even fatal injuries.
 Always disconnect the tool immediately
from the compressed air supply in the
event of a malfunction (see page 40).
 Empty the magazine (see page 41).
 Use the tool again only when the
malfunction has been remedied.
