Symptom
Firing not possible.
Possible cause
Working pressure too
low.
The moving parts are
stuck with lubricant
after prolonged
storage.
Empty firing protection
device activated.
Malfunctions
Remedy
 Increase working
pressure of compressed
air system to maximum
admissible working
pressure.
 Increase working
pressure at tool to
maximum admissible
working pressure.
 Then fire several times.
 If the tool fires, set the
desired working pressure
(see page 33).
 Replace compressed air
cartridge
(see page 19).
 Clean the tool and apply
fresh oil
(see page 46).
 Set the maximum
working pressure.
 Then fire several times.
 If the tool fires, set the
desired working pressure
(see page 33).
 Otherwise contact
