• Immerse the steam nozzle in the
liquid to be heated;
• rotate the tap knob counter-
clockwise;
• the quantity of steam will be

knob clockwise.
Avoid contact with the steam nozzles, do
not place your hands or other body parts
near the steam nozzle tips.
To optimally froth the milk, follow
these simple rules:
• only heat the amount of milk
that you intend to use; once heated, the milk must
be poured completely out of the pot and cannot be
reheated;
• foam the milk starting from a temperature of about
4 °C.
To keep the steam nozzle tips in perfect working order, it is
advisable to perform a brief cycle on empty at the end of each
use. Always keep the nozzle tips clean using a cloth dampened in
lukewarm water.
Before using the steam dispensing tip (steam nozzle), the
condensation draining operation must be carried out for at least
2 seconds.
Leave the steam wand immersed in milk only for the time needed
to heat milk.
Do not open the steam valve with the steam wand immersed in
milk while the machine is switched o .
