ATENÇÃO:
1 - Ao receber o implemento, marca JUMIL,
efetue uma vistoria geral do implemento, havendo
algum dano comunique imediatamente o revendedor,
o técnico da Jumil de sua região ou diretamente a
JUMIL.
2 - Qualquer item que tenha que ser repostos
por danos ocasionados no transporte (colante,
itens faltantes, peças danificadas no transporte,
pintura, etc.) é de responsabilidade do comprador /
transportador.
3 - Os casos de solicitação de atendimento
de técnicos da JUMIL, comprovada que a ocorrência
esta em desacordo com os termos da garantia, a
JUMIL, reserva-se no direito de efetuar a cobrança
de deslocamento, horas trabalhadas e peças ou
componentes substituídos.

IMPORTANTE:

A JUMIL, não se responsabiliza por:
a) quaisquer danos
acidentes oriundos do transporte, na utilização
ou no armazenamento incorretos ou indevidos do
implemento, seja por negligência e/ou inexperiência
do operador ou qualquer outra pessoa.
b) danos provocados
imprevisíveis ou alheias ao
implemento.

1-A JUMIL tem por objetivo constante a
melhoria de seus produtos, reservando-se o direito
de introduzir modificações em seus componentes e
acessórios sem prévio aviso.
