SYSTEM DESCRIPTION.

Welding System Composition.
The Cebora TIG AC-DC EVO ROBOT Welding System is
an equipments system for TIG welding, developed for use
1 Power Source – Control Panel cable connection (op-
tional).
2 Power Source – Wire Feeder extension (optional).
3 Power Source – Robot Control cabinet cable connec-
tion.
4 Power Source – Robot Interface or Robot Control
CANopen cable (see note).
5 Robot Control cabinet.
6 Welding wire spool holder (optional).
7 Torch.
8 Wire Feeder unit (optional).
10 Welding wire sheath (optional).
21 Power Source.
22 Cooling Unit.
24 Power Source Control Panel.
25 Robot Interface (optional).
26 Standard cable corresponding to the field bus used.
The Welding System equipments, Robot Interface (25)
excluded, communicate between them via CAN bus
(CAN-1) serial line.
The Power Source (21) communicates with the CNC
Automated Plant (Robot) via CAN bus (CAN-2) serial
line.

in combination with a Welding Robot arm on automated
welding systems.
It comprises a Power Source, with integrated Control
Panel, a Cooling Unit, a Wire Feeder Unit (optional) and,
if necessary, a Robot Interface (fig. 2).

If the Robot Control has the CANopen DS401 communi-
cation line type, the interface (25) and the cable (26) are
not necessary.
The Power Source (21) is equipped with the insulated CAN-
2 CAN bus line purposely realized for direct connecting
Power Sources and Robot Control.
In such case the CANopen cable (4) must be requested
separately to Cebora.
2.2
This Instructions Manual.
This Instruction Manual refers to the Power Sources
equipped with Control Panel and Cooling Unit, and has
been prepared to educate the personnel assigned to install,
operate and maintain the Welding System.
It must be stored carefully in a place familiar to users and
consulted whenever there are doubts.
It must be kept for the entire operative life-span of the ma-
chine and used to order spare
The TIG AC-DC EVO ROBOT Cebora system has 3 mod-
els of Power Source to choose, one in alternative to the
other, according to the system requirements and a Cooling
Unit (GRV12, art. 1683) unique for all Power Sources:
− Power Source TIG AC-DC EVO 260/T, art. 369.80.
− Power Source TIG AC-DC EVO 330/T, art. 370.80.
− Power Source TIG AC-DC EVO 450/T, art. 371.80.
