remains flashing and D2 shows "- - -".
After recalling a Job, using the T7 and T8 keys is possible
to scroll through the points on the welding graph, to display
on D2 the values of the parameters indicated by the leds
L22 ÷ L34 and L42 ÷ L45.
Only the parameters that are relevant with the working pro-
gram selected are available.
Once a parameter have been selected, with knob M1 is pos-
sible to change the value displayed on D2. In this case the
led L18 becomes blinking to indicate that the recalled Job
has at least one parameter modified.
6.1.2
Parameter Selection Internal mode.
In Parameter Selection Internal mode, the Control Panel
has full control of the Welding System functions, while
selections from the Robot Control are blocked.
In Parameter Selection Internal mode is possible to call
up one of the saved programs and change its parameters,
to perform welding tests with the new values.
The command program selection (key T2) is not active,
G
because operation in Robot systems allows only "2-stage"
B
mode (led L4 lit).
The Arc-On welding command is the only signal that
must always be provided from the Robot Control in all
operating modes.
6.1.3
TIG mode.
In TIG mode the TIG Welding parameters are setting from
Robot Control.
The selection between TIG-Continuous or TIG-Pulsed is
carried out from Robot Control by means the digital signal
Pulse OFF /On.
The condition is indicated by leds L10 and L11 on the
Control Panel.
The welding current and wire speed variations are obtain-
able from Robot Control by means of the analog signals
Analog Set Point 0 (Welding Current) and Analog Set
Point 1 (Wire High Speed).
The value of the welding current is visualized on D1 on
Control Panel.

MANAGEMENT VIA CONTROL PANEL.
Control Panel operations depend on the status of the Robot
function, of the "Second Functions" menu.
With the Robot function disabled (rob OFF) the Control
Panel maintains full management of the Welding System
(except for the welding command, Arc-On signal, which
must always be provided by the Robot Control).
With the Robot function enabled (rob On), the system
operation switches to the Robot Control and the Control
Panel maintains partial operation, conditioned by the
selected Operating mode (par. 6.1).
The commands and signals based on this selection are de-
scribed below.
For reference see fig. 7.
7.1
Display D1.
In each operating mode displays the Power
Source output voltage value, both during
open circuit operation and during the
welding.
When the led L17 (Hold) is lit, displays the voltage of the
last welding stretch carried out.
In some cases indicates part of a message completed by
display D2:
− in the event of Power Source error message it visualizes
the acronym "Err". On D2 appears the error number;
− in the "Service Functions" menu (par. 9) visualizes the
acronyms "P - -" or the "number of Job" (e.g.: P01).
D2 shows the possible choices referred to the function
selected on D1;
− in the "Second Functions" menu (par. 10) and in the
"Technical Menu" (par. 10.14) the abbreviated form
of the function selectable with keys T7 and T8 whose
value shown on D2 can be changed with M1.
Inside the synergy it visualizes the current in relation to
the selected thickness (par. 7.6).
During the free or stored programs selection visualizes the
acronyms "P01... P09".
7.2
Display D2.
In each operating mode it visualizes the
current value based on following condi-
tions:
− in standby it visualizes the set up current;
− during welding it visualizes the measured welding cur-
rent;
− together with led L17 (Hold) lit the last welding cur-
rent.
In each operating mode it visualizes the value of the pa-
rameter indicated on the welding graph by one of the leds
L22 ÷ L34 and L42 ÷ L45, selected through the keys T7
and T8.
This value is adjustable with knob M1.
