NOTES
The first digit of the number that makes up the figure refers
to the negative (electrode to the negative) or penetration
half-wave, the second digit refers to the positive (electrode
to the positive) or cleaning half-wave.
Changing the type of waveform may also reduce noise in
AC welding.
7.37 Led L44 - Hz.
Frequency of the alternating current.
Range: 50 ÷ 150 Hz. Default: 90.
7.38 Led L45 - Balance.
Is the percentage of the negative (penetration)
half-wave in the alternating current period.
Range: -10 / 0 / +10 where 0 = 65% (recommended)
-10 = 50% and +10 = 85%. Default: 0.

MANAGEMENT VIA ROBOT TERMINAL.

Operation of the Robot Terminal depends on the status of
the Robot function in the "Second Functions" menu (par.
10.6).
With the Robot function enabled (rob On) the Robot Ter-
minal has the full operations of the Welding System.
With the Robot function disabled (rob OFF) the Robot
Terminal retains only management of the welding com-
mand (Arc-On signal).
NOTE
The detailed description of the signals exchanged between
the Robot System and Welding System Cebora is given
in the "Digital Protocols for Cebora TIG Automated Sys-
tems" Instructions Manual cod. 3.300.363, supplied with
the Power Source.

SERVICE FUNCTIONS.

NOTE
The term "Job" refers to a working point realized from the
user adjusting available parameters for TIG welding and
then saved (stored) in a memory area called "Job number".
The key T5 pressed briefly carries out a selection, pressed
for a time longer than 3 s carries out an operation of recall,
modification, memorization or deletion.
9.1

Creating a Job.

Job creation is not allowed by Robot Terminal but only via
the Control Panel.
From Robot Terminal select the Parameter Selection In-
ternal mode to make the Control Panel operative.
Starting from the home page (L18 off), briefly press T5 to
enter the Job menu (L18 lit).
If necessary, briefly press T5 to search for an empty "Job
number" recognizable by the "P0x" flashing message on
D1, D2 = "- - -", L18 lit and all other alarms off (only leds
L19, L20, L35, L36 and L37 may be lit depending on the
plant configuration).
Press T5 for a time longer than 3 s; so you get a Job with
the parameters copied from the last realized Job, if it exists
in memory or with default parameters.
The "P0x" message on D1 becomes fixed for 3 s then dis-
appears, L18 remains lit, D2 and other signals take on the
characteristic values of the obtained Job.
With T1, T3, T4, T7, T8 and M1 change the welding pa-
rameters to achieve the desired configuration.
Press T5 for a time longer than 3 s to save the modified
Job.
The "P0x" message on D1 initially flashes, then becomes
fixed for 3 s, then disappears.
If the Job parameters have not been changed, after press-
ing T5, the "Sto" message appear on D2 (Job storing).
Briefly press T5 to save.
In both cases, an acoustic signal (beep) indicates the Job
has been saved.
9.2
Recall, modify and/or copy of a saved Job.
Job modification is not allowed by Robot Terminal but
only via the Control Panel.
From Robot Terminal, select the Parameter Selection In-
ternal mode to make the Control Panel operative.
Briefly press T5. D1 reads the number of the last Job used
or, if none have ever been used, of the last Job saved (e.g.:
"P01").
Briefly press T5 to select the "Job number" to call-up if
different from the one indicated on D1.
On Control Panel the recalled up Job parameters are avail-
able.
With T1, T3, T4, T7, T8 and M1 modify the parameters
to get the desired configuration.
