If you want to clean the appliance with high
temperature (pyrolysis), let the appliance burn
at full power for 45 minutes. The appliance
cleans itself due to the high temperature.
The lid and Patio Cooker should be cleaned
regularly. Make sure the device is always
kept dry and clean. Always store the device
dry after use. Regularly cleaning your Patio
Cooker and lid will allow the device to
maintain optimal performance.
After use, the inside of the lid may be dirty
from spatters. Once the device is cold, it can
be cleaned with a mild detergent.
Do not use acids or salts, as this can oxidize
the surface of the lid. This has no effect on the
functioning or quality.
Do not use coarse abrasives, as they can
damage the aluminium. This has no effect on
the functioning or quality.

WARRANTY

• Your warranty period is 24 months after
purchasing the product.
• The warranty only applies if the purchase
receipt can be submitted. You should
therefore keep your purchase receipt
carefully. The warranty period starts on the
purchase date.
• The warranty does not apply in the case of:
o normal wear
o improper or inappropriate use
o insufficient maintenance
o non-compliance with operating and
maintenance instructions
o incorrect assembly or repair by yourself
or third parties
o use of non-original
purchaser, according to the assessment
of our technical service.
Return the device to your supplier or send
the device back, accompanied by a copy of
the purchase receipt and description of the
complaint, to the service address for your
country or to the manufacturer.

If the warranty is no longer applicable or if
the warranty period has expired, we will be
forced to charge for the costs associated with
an assessment and/or repair. Upon request,
we will first provide you with a quote before
proceeding with the repair. In the absence of
a request for a quote, we will automatically
assume that you have issued an order for
repair when you send in your device.
We provide a two-month warranty for repairs
carried out by our service department,
including any new materials used, to be
counted from the repair date. If a malfunction
occurs within this period that is a direct
consequence of the repair work carried out or
the newly added material, the buyer has the
right to repair free of charge.
