Machine packaging

The packaging used for shipment is "Vulcano" type paper board; inside the packaging, you will find the following:
the machine
use and maintenance manual
CE Conformity statement
hopper
meat collection container for Models TS12I, TC12I, TS22I, TC22I
pestle
Warning: it is recommended to keep the packaging always in vertical position and turned in the direction
indicated by arrows.
2-2 Installation
The machine must be placed on a sufficiently strong base to hold the weight of the machine and materials required for
processing. The base must not be slippery; it has to be large enough to avoid hindering all processing activities.
The stability of the machine on the work surface is produced by four supporting feet in plastic.
For transport, and to avoid oil leakages, an adhesive tape is applied on the oil plug. Remove the tape before starting the
machine.

Power Connections

Before starting power connections, check that the supply voltage corresponds to the machine voltage: power supply data
are indicated on the machine nameplate. In case it is not available, inform the manufacturer's service department or
your local dealer.
The best condition is that the power rate supplied to the machine is exactly the one indicated on the nameplate (shown
below), which is applied on the electric cabinet.
In any case, a +/- 5% variation is allowed.
Make sure the grounding system of the power supply system is compliant with current laws and standards.
Out of this field, adjust power voltage.
Warning:
Appliances with single-phase motors are provided with one plug only.
Do not replace the plug: in case the plug is replaced, machine conformity and warranty are no longer valid.
Power connections of appliances with three-phase motors and checks to be carried out later must be performed by a
qualified electrician, always referring to the wiring diagram provided with the machine.
Before starting machine operation, make sure the rotation direction is that shown by the arrow.
It is recommended for the user to install a differential switch upstream of the machine, in
accordance with current laws and standards in force in the Country where the machine is
installed. It is recommended to use a differential switch triggering at 30 mA, as the coordinator
with the plant grounding circuit.
