9. FAULTS

9.1. With error code

If an error code appears on the screen, please contact your installer or maintenance company.
When an error occurs, it is possible to change mode or adjust the temperature setpoint. However, displaying the error takes
priority over the other displays.
If the fault relates to the heat pump, "SAFE" mode (back-up) is triggered automatically: the water is heated with the electrical
boost only. Some faults require the water heater to be shut down completely.

The two water
temperature sensors (on
the top and bottom of the
tank) are defective or not
connected.
Water temperature sensor
at tank bottom defective.

at tank top defective.
Refrigerating line
temperature sensor at
compressor outlet (HP)
defective.
Evaporator temperature
sensor defective.
Incoming air temperature
sensor (CMEV) defective.
Fan rotation speed
outside range.
Electronic board pressure
sensor defective.
Titanium anode board
alarm contact open: fault
on anode board.
Communication with
inverter module defective.

Consequences on the water heater
operation
Water not heating: stop heat pump and electrical boost.
