WARNING
Once the adjustment is completed, carry
out the following check:
a. Insert a piece of yarn between the saw
teeth.
b. Turn the saw so that the yarn is pulled
towards the knife and check that it is
cut cleanly. Should this not occur,
verify whether the saw teeth or the
knife blade are chipped.
c. If the knife needs to be replaced:
Verify that the new knife to be
mounted fits properly onto the saw
plane.
Then tighten the screw (B).
NB. Turn the cylinder by hand a few
times and check whether the
knife touches the needles.

ATENCIÓN
Una vez realizada la regulación, hacer el
control siguiente:
a. Introducir entre los dientes de la cuchilla
un trozo de hilo.
b. Girar la cuchilla arrastrando el hilo hacia
el cuchillito y controlar que se realice un
corte neto. Si esto no se produjese,
controlar eventuales
hayan tenido lugar sobre los dientes de la
cuchilla o sobre la parte cortante del
cuchillito mismo.
c. En caso de reemplazo del cuchillito:
Asegurarse de que el cuchillito nuevo
que se va
perfectamente sobre el plano de la
cuchilla.
Bloquear entonces el tornillo (B).
N.B. realizar manualmente alguna vuelta
del cilindro y controlar que no vaya
a tocar las agujas.
