Multi-Star 5 in 1
3 branches of lavender tips
A little starch (stirred into a little water)
First prepare the lavender cherries.
Caramelise the sugar briefly in a pot and
deglaze with the cherry and lemon juice.
Simmer everything strongly for approx. 3-4
minutes. Add the cherries and the fresh
lavender lavender blossoms. Allow the
compote to boil lightly once and thicken
with the starch.
For the ring doughnuts, mix the sugar,
eggs and vanilla pulp with a hand mixer.
Add flour, milk, salt, baking powder and oil
and mix to a smooth batter with the mixer.
Allow the batter to stand for approx. 15
min and subsequently fill into a piping bag
for portioning.
Lay the doughnut plate into the Multi-Star
5 in 1 and switch on the appliance. When
the Multi-Star has reached the baking
temperature, inject the dough in the lower
doughnut mould and bake the ring dough-
nuts to the desired browning.
Flip the finished ring doughnuts in the lav-
ender sugar, arrange on a plate and serve
with the lavender cherries. Garnish with a
peppermint sprig.
hamburgers
Basic recipe for hamburgers (4 pieces)
240 g beef
salt, pepper
First finely mince the beef in the mincer
(initially with a large-perforated disc fol-
lowed by the smallest perforated disc).
Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Form 4 balls from the mince, flatten them
on a base and then form 4 hamburgers
(60 g each). Finally grill in the hamburger
plate for approx. 4 minutes.
Tip: the meat can also be seasoned with
onions, garlic, tomato paste, mustard,
oregano etc.
Potato pancakes (approx . 6 pieces)
400 g mealy cooking potatoes
1 onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt
Pepper
Peel, wash, and finely rasp or grate pota-
toes. Peal the onions and chop finely. Add
the egg and flour, season with salt and
pepper and mix all ingredients well. Add
approx. 3 tablespoons into the mould of
the hamburger plate and fry for approx. 4
minutes until crispy. Apple puree, quark,
salad or a fine salmon cream taste best
with potato pancakes.
Salmon cream:
For salmon cream, mix 1 packet of fresh
cream cheese and half a packet of finely
chopped smoked salmon. Wash and chop
half a bunch of dill and also add to the
cream. Season the salmon cream with a
little lemon juice and pepper.
