A) Unscrew the M12x220 head fixing screws as indicated in
Fig. 25.
B) Remove the head and the head spacer from the pump
casing.
C) Extract the wiper support (Fig. 26) and remove the wiper
using a simple tool as indicated in Fig. 27, taking care not
to damage the seat. If necessary, remove the piston spacer
before removing the wiper support (see par. 2.2.8)

2.2.7 Wiper reassembly (SWS71)
To replace the wiper, proceed as follows:
A) Assemble the wiper in the housing on the support
(Fig. 28), using a buffer as necessary and taking care not to
damage the seal lip.

B) Reposition the wiper support with lubrication on the
piston spacer (Fig. 29), in the casing seat (Fig. 30). If
removed, reassemble the piston spacer with lubrication
after assembling the wiper support (see par. 2.2.9). Take
care not to damage the seal lip.
