Warranty
LEISER S. de R.L. de C.V. guarantees this product for 1 year from the date of purchase,
against any defect attributable to the quality of its materials or workmanship during its
manufacture, under the following conditions:
1. In order to make this warranty effective, you must contact any of our Servicio mabe Service
Centers, by calling the telephone numbers indicated in the directory that forms part of this
warranty and where you can obtain spare parts, consumables and accessories.
2. LEISER S. de R.L. de C.V. will repair or replace any part of the product found faulty, at the
customer's home and with no charge to the consumer for labor, spare parts and freight
costs that may be generated. Servicio mabe technicians are trained and have the necessary
tools to perform the reparations at home, making sure that the product will work correctly.
3. When our Servicio mabe technician attends to inspect the product, it must be accompanied
with the warranty policy duly stamped by the commercial house where it was purchased, or
the invoice, note or proof of purchase.
4. The reparation period shall not exceed 30 days, counted from the reception of the telepho-
ne call in our Servicio mabe Service Centers.
5. The warranty can not be made effective in the following cases:
• If the product has been used in conditions other than normal.
• If the product has not been operated in accordance with the provided operation
instructions.
• If the product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons and/or service
workshops.
6. Limitations of the warranty. This warranty will not be valid:
• If the warranty policy is not duly stamped, invoice, note, or any other document that proves
the date of purchase of the product.
• If the product's warranty period is over.
• If the product has been used for commercial and/or service purposes, or any other purpose
different than a household use.
• If damages to paint and appearance parts are found, because the product has been
exposed to the weather.
• If parts have been broken due to mishandling.
• If there are damages caused by voltage fluctuations produced by short circuits, accidental
overloads in the power line or overloads due to power surge.
• If damages were caused by the use of non-genuine parts.
• If damage to the product was caused during shipping, when it was carried out by the
consumer.
Note: Inspect the product when receiving it. Claims regarding bumps and
scratches on products or accessories must be made no later than 30 days after the
date of purchase.
