Place 6 cupcakes on the 6 cup muffin mold, then
place the mold on the low rack.

Put the fresh dough into round cake pan. Put the
dish on the low rack. After baking, let stand for
5-10 minutes.

Ingredients:
15 graham crackers, crushed, 1/2 cup butter, 14 oz
cream cheese, softened, 2 eggs, 1 cup granulated
sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
1. Melt the butter in a pan and add the crushed
biscuits and stir until coated in all the butter.
Spread over the bottom of the 8 inch tin and
press down to be firm.
2. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla
extract until smooth. Pour it over the biscuit
base and spread out with a spatula.
3. Place the tin on the low rack. After baking, let
cool and then refrigerate for 5 hours before
serving.

1 1/3 sticks butter, softened, 2/3 cups sugar, 3
eggs, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking
powder, 2/3 cup milk, 1 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
extract
Method:
1. In a large bowl mix together the butter and
sugar then add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
2. Pour batter into a greased tube pan. Put the pan
on the low rack.
