2. How to use
Network / Interface
This menu contains all information and settings for WLAN and Bluetooth.
Host name
EN
The device name can be adjusted to better distinguish the instantaneous water heaters
when there are several devices in the network (e.g. bathroom EG).
Wireless LAN (WLAN)
The WLAN connection can be configured and activated/deactivated here.
• SSID: Enter the SSID of your home network.
• PSK: Enter the WLAN passport of your home network.
• WLAN Active: Activate/deactivate WLAN.
• MAC: MAC address of the device.
• IPv4: The IP address of the unit assigned in the home network.
Time from Network (SNTP)
The system time can be configured here. Select the respective time zone and summer/
winter time.
Home Server (REST)
To increase the range, the control with the Smart Control App can be switched from
Bluetooth to WLAN via the REST API. To do this, activate the Home Server function.
In addition, this is the interface for connecting to commercially available smarthome
devices (e.g. wibutler or KNX with the CLAGE HS-K).
BT PIN
The PIN is required to connect the unit with a remote control or a smartphone via
Bluetooth.
BT signal strength
Indication of the signal strength in percent.
