DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER REGENERATION WITH BUTTON-OPERATED DEVICE
Regeneration of the particulate filter must
be performed by pressing the dedicated
button device. The cycle duration is
approximately 15 minutes (the actual time
depends on the amount of particulate
accumulated in the DPF) NOTES:
regeneration is activated with the engine in
operating temperature 70° C - 80° C (158°
F - 176° F), however not lower than 65° C
(149° F).
DANGER - WARNING
Before starting the stationary
regeneration process, ensure the safety
of the regeneration service personnel
and the personnel in the surrounding
area.
1) Keep engine at idle speed
2) Put transmission in neutral
3) Engage the vehicle parking brake
4) Press and hold the regeneration request
button for 3 (three) seconds and then

DPF regeneration process is considered
complete when the engine spontaneously
returns to idle speed.
Let the engine run for approx. one minute
before turning it off.
