USE OF AN EXTERNAL
MICROPHONE
The buit-in microphone picks up sounds equally
from all directions (omni-directional).
By using an optional microphone ECM-Z200 or
ECM-K120 (avallable in the near future), you can
enjoy more efficient audio recording.
ECM-2200

First, attach to the optional external microphone shoe
SAD-100.
This microhone can zoom the sound as the fever
is slid.
ECM-K120
Attach directly to the camera recorder.
This microphone.can pick up sound in 3 zones
and switch from zone to zone as the selector Is
set.
Note
The bullt-n microphone will not operate when an
optional! microphone is connected to the MIC jack.
