Additional safety measures have been checked and put in place where

necessary.
Required tools and measuring devices
Device key.
|
Slot-head screwdriver (blade width 2–3 mm).
|
Torque wrench for 8 mm Allen bolts.
|
Test device for earthing resistance. Note the following:
|
All measuring devices and cables must have protection class CAT II
|
(1000 V) in accordance with EN 61010-1.
Perform a visual and mechanical inspection
1. Check the internal space for unusual discolouration of the terminals.
2. Check that the internal space is dry and clean.
3. Check the tightening torque of the Allen bolts at the DC main
connection terminals (25–30 Nm).
4. Check that all cables are securely fastened.
5. Check all series terminals for signs of damage or torsion.
6. Check that the cables are securely fastened in the series terminals.
Note the following:
All strands of a cable must be connected to the terminal.

Cables must not be able to enter the fan.
|
7. Check that all jumpers of the series terminals for the auxiliary power
supply are in place (L to L and N to N).
8. Check that all connecting jumpers between the series terminals string
plus cables are in place. Note the following:
Missing jumpers lead to loss of yield.

(3) Series terminals, string plus terminals
(4) Series terminals, string minus terminals
9. Check the cut-off points of all series terminals. Note the following:
All cut-off points must be completely closed.
